At Mentor Mitu Academy, every course we offer is a digital product. Because course content becomes immediately available upon enrollment and cannot be “returned” in any meaningful way, all sales are final. This Return & Refund Policy explains our position clearly so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

Digital Product Notice

All courses, programs, downloadable materials, and digital resources sold by Mentor Mitu Academy are intangible digital products. Once a purchase is completed and access credentials are delivered, the value of the course has been transferred in full and irreversibly to you.

By proceeding with payment and enrollment, you explicitly waive any statutory cooling-off period that might otherwise apply to physical goods, in accordance with the standard practice for digital content sold globally.

Strict No-Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all course enrollments. Once you have:

  • Successfully completed payment, OR
  • Received your login credentials, OR
  • Accessed any portion of the course content (videos, materials, downloads),

your purchase is considered final, and no refund — partial or full — will be issued under normal circumstances.

We strongly encourage you to review the course curriculum, watch any free preview lessons, read student testimonials, and contact our team with questions BEFORE making payment. We are happy to address all your concerns prior to enrollment.

Why Our Courses Are Non-Refundable

Unlike physical products, digital courses cannot be “returned.” Once you receive access:

  • You can view, download, and consume all content immediately
  • The intellectual property and knowledge transferred cannot be “un-learned”
  • Allowing refunds after content access would enable misuse and harm both the academy and honest students
  • This policy keeps course prices fair and sustainable for all learners

Limited Exceptions Where Refunds May Apply

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Mentor Mitu Academy:

a) Duplicate Payment

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same course due to a payment-gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

b) Technical Failure on Our Side

If a critical technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the course entirely (e.g., your account is never provisioned despite successful payment) and our support team is unable to resolve it within 14 days of your written report, you may request a refund.

c) Course Cancellation by Us

In the rare event we permanently discontinue a course you’ve already paid for and cannot offer a substitute of equivalent or greater value, a pro-rated refund will be issued.

Note

Even in eligible cases, the refund decision rests with Mentor Mitu Academy. We review each case on its individual merit.

Cases NOT Eligible for Refund

The following situations are not grounds for a refund:

  • “I changed my mind” or “I no longer want the course”
  • “I didn’t have time to watch the course”
  • “The course wasn’t what I expected” (please review the curriculum before purchasing)
  • “I found a similar course cheaper elsewhere”
  • “I already knew most of the content”
  • Personal circumstances (financial hardship, life events, etc.)
  • Internet, device, or local connectivity issues on your side
  • Failure to apply the lessons or achieve specific results
  • Forgotten login credentials or account access lost due to user negligence
  • Promotional pricing regret (e.g., a lower price offered after your purchase)

Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • bKash / Nagad: 3–5 business days to original mobile wallet
  • Card payments (VISA / Mastercard): 7–14 business days to your card statement
  • Bank transfers: 5–10 business days to the originating account

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. We do not process refunds via cash, alternative wallets, or third-party accounts.

Course Access Issues — We’re Here to Help

If you’re experiencing problems accessing your purchased course, please contact our support team first before considering a refund. We resolve more than 99% of technical issues within 24–48 hours and are committed to ensuring you get the full value of your purchase.

Common issues we resolve quickly:

  • Login credentials not received — we resend instantly
  • Course not appearing in dashboard — we manually grant access
  • Video playback issues — we provide troubleshooting and alternative access
  • Forgotten password — instant reset via email

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us in good faith is considered a violation of these Terms.

  • Your account and course access will be permanently suspended
  • You will be banned from future enrollment in any of our programs
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount, plus costs
  • Your details may be shared with fraud-prevention services
